Can you coordinate with the concierge or building?
Yes. Add access details and building rules, like elevator bookings and parking, to your booking and we plan around them.
Is every room photographed?
Yes. Every room is photographed after the clean with the date and time, and the photos are sent to you with the report.
Do you handle multiple units?
Yes. Send several units in one booking, or set up recurring turnovers for your portfolio and we'll keep the same standard across all of them.
Do you remove junk or leftover furniture?
No, we are cleaners, not haulers. Let us know if a tenant has left items behind so we can plan the clean around them.
