After-photos of every roomsent before photo day or the first showing
Built around your deadline
Photo day is fixed
The photographer is booked. We finish before they arrive, with glass, fixtures and floors done so the listing photos need less editing.
Your name is on the listing
A dirty unit at a showing or on closing day reflects on you. Same checklist every time, so there are no surprises for you or your client.
Vacant or lived-in
Lockbox access for vacant units, or we work around sellers who are still living there. You choose who gets the report.

Our promise
The Northstar Guarantee
A north star is the fixed point you can count on. That's the idea: the same result every time, and the photos to prove it before the next guest, buyer or tenant walks in.
The same checklist, every job
Each service has a written checklist, worked room by room in order. It's the standard we hold every cleaner to.
After-photos, every time
Every room is photographed when the clean is done and sent to you, so you can see the result without being there.
A fixed price, in writing
You get the exact price before you book, based on the unit and the service. No hourly meter, no surprise charges on the day.
Can I book on behalf of my client?
Yes. Book with your own details, add your client's name and the address in the notes, and tell us who should receive the after-photos.
Do you clean for buyers on closing day?
Yes. A closing-day clean means your buyers get their keys to a clean home. Send the closing date and access details and we'll confirm the timing.
Can you clean a unit that's still furnished or occupied?
Yes. Tell us in the booking if the seller is still living there, and we'll work around them and their belongings.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Book as soon as you know the photo, showing or closing date. We confirm availability and a fixed price in our reply.
